Description
The electric rotary oven MIWE shop-in is a specialized rotary oven, which is designed for baking a variety of products in a minimum area. And not only because this bread oven is used mainly in supermarket bakeries or discount stores. Because thanks to its dimensions, which can be called almost unique, it creates opportunities for professional baking on trolleys in a minimum area (namely, in an area of 1 m2).
In this area, as befits a real MIWE oven, it can effectively demonstrate its advantages: for example, the easy loading of the 18-sheet trolley, the fast workflow (due to mobile rollers), the high throughput. And to ensure that everyone in and around the mini-bakery can breathe freely, the MIWE shop-in oven is equipped with a steam condenser (optional), which removes moisture from the baking chamber, condenses it and directs it to the drain pipe, without taking up much space.
The MIWE shop-in is supplied with the MIWE FP control unit with 30 hard-programmable buttons.
