Description
The Bertos E7FR4M electric frying top is the perfect choice for true professionals. This ribbed model with an open base is ideal for preparing deli meats, as well as vegetable and fish dishes. Special sides will not allow splashing of fat, and the excess of the latter, due to the slight slope of the surface, will go to a special removable grease collector. The unit is made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel. The worktop is equipped with a safety thermostat with manual reset and temperature control. The settings of the Bertos E7FR4MP frying surface allow you to maintain the temperature in the range from 50 to 270 °C.
