Description
The Bertos G6F4 + FG1 gas 4-burner stove with oven is one of the best examples of professional equipment for industrial cooking. The main working parts of this model are made of cast iron (support grates, burners) and high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 (body, oven chamber). The stove is made with square cells of 300x300 mm. The Bertos G6F4 + FG1 model is equipped with a 3.5 kW oven with four levels for baking sheets and grates (upon delivery, it is equipped with 1 GN1 / 1 grate and a grease collector). Economical high-performance burners with manual flame adjustment have a power in pairs: 2x3 kW, 2x3.6 kW. There is a gas control system, the thermoelement is provided with a gas shut-off system. Piezoelectric ignition. The BertosG6F4+FG1 oven nozzles are suitable for methane and GPL operation. The working surface is protected by removable support grates with rounded edges. The model power is 16.7 kW, gas consumption is 2000 g/h.
