Description
The Fimar PPN/10M potato peeler will become an indispensable assistant in professional kitchens of food industry and catering enterprises in Europe. This model is characterized by a large volume of vegetables loaded for cleaning (the maximum load is 10 kg with a production capacity of 120 kg per hour). The vegetables to be cleaned (mainly potatoes, onions, carrots and other root vegetables) are loaded into a special container. The processing time of the products is set using a timer (from 0 to 4 minutes) located on the side panel of the body. Cleaning is performed mechanically using rotating removable discs with an abrasive coating and various friction linings. At the same time, a stream of water enters the working container. The body of the FimarPPN/10M potato peeler is made of stainless steel, and transparent food-grade polycarbonate plastic is used as the material for the top cover.
