Description
The Fimar PPN/18M potato peeler is an excellent example of modern electrical equipment for the food industry, designed for fast primary processing (peeling) of root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. The model is characterized by a large loading capacity (up to 18 kg of vegetables loaded at a time) and high productivity of up to 220 kilograms per hour. The vegetable peeling process is based on a mechanical method, it occurs with the help of a rotating disk with an abrasive coating such as PTA, RAV and a side abrasive (included in the product kit). A stream of water, entering the device automatically through a special valve, facilitates grinding, cleaning and removing waste from the working container. The frame of the Fimar PPN/18M potato peeling machine is made of durable stainless steel, the product cover is made of transparent polycarbonate. The design of the machine is stable (without excessive vibrations and noise).
