Pizza Group ENTRY MAX 4 Pizza Oven
The ENTRY 4 model is single-chamber. It is designed for loading 4 pizzas at a time. The baking time for one batch of pizza is only 2-3 minutes. This is due to the high temperature inside the chamber, reaching +450°C. Two ceramic plates are installed at the bottom of the oven, which perfectly accumulate heat received from two heating elements (located at the top and bottom of the chamber). The heating elements have separate temperature control. The fireproof stones are easily removed for cleaning.
The oven lining is made of stainless steel. Construction parts such as heating elements, light indicators, timers and temperature regulators, and the electrical wiring system are supplied by the best European manufacturers. The chamber is illuminated from the inside, which allows visual control over the pizza baking process. The transparent glass of the door has increased heat resistance.
