We present the two-chamber pizza oven Pizza Group ENTRY MAX 8 , capable of simultaneously processing up to 8 pieces. Each of the two chambers has its own control and operates autonomously. The baking process is controlled mechanically using thermostats. The maximum temperature in the chambers reaches 450 degrees Celsius, which allows for a significant reduction in baking time (the average pizza making time in such an oven does not exceed three minutes).

Each chamber has an upper and lower heating element. Thanks to two ceramic plates laid out on the bottom of the chamber, the heat from the heating elements is retained for a long time and distributed evenly throughout the chamber, which helps to achieve perfect baking of the entire surface of the workpiece. The two-chamber pizza oven with electromechanical control has a front panel made of stainless steel, the body is made of painted steel. The internal size of each chamber is 660x660x150 mm. The oven capacity is 2x4 pizzas with a diameter of 300 mm. The power of the upper heating elements is 2x2500 W, the lower ones - 2x2000 W. Each chamber has independent temperature control up to +450 ° C. The bottom of the chambers is lined with refractory stone. The oven is equipped with internal lighting, a heat-resistant viewing window in the door and a thermometer.
