Description
Pizza Group ENTRY MAX 9 pizza oven - 1-chamber industrial oven, the front part of the oven itself is made of stainless steel, the rest of the lining is painted. Inside the chamber on the bottom panel there is a 14 mm refractory stone. The oven is insulated with mineral wool, so the heat is maximally retained inside the chamber and the temperature will be maintained at 450 C. The oven has built-in mechanical thermometers, a main switch, reinforced heating elements, internal lighting, and a glass door. This allows you to control the pizza cooking process without opening the oven itself. Temperature control is carried out using mechanical thermostats. This oven model is an excellent choice for medium-sized pizzerias and cafes, due to its capacity for 9 pizzas, 30 cm in size.
