Description
Pizza Group MASTER D8 pizza oven . This oven is similar to the ENTRY 8 model, but has an electronic control panel and the ability to program the beginning and end of the baking cycle and a mechanical steam regulator. The chamber has a size of 70x70x16 cm, which can accommodate 8 pieces of 33 cm each, and a power of 14.4 kW, the size of this oven is 1150x1040x820. The bottom and top of the chamber are equipped with refractory stones with “ACTIVESTONE ” heating. This oven weighs 265 kg, and the doors are equipped with viewing windows.
