Description
The Altezoro VJ16-I pizza oven is a medium-sized single-chamber pizza oven designed for the simultaneous preparation of six pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. It is made of stainless steel and is equipped with temperature sensors and a temperature control panel. The door with a glass window allows you to monitor the pizza preparation process without opening the oven and maintain a constant temperature of 400 C, thanks to the fireproof stones located at the bottom of the oven.
