The Fimar PPF/5 potato peeler is used for quick and convenient cleaning of large batches of tuber vegetables (mainly potatoes, carrots, onions). The device from a well-known Italian company has gained a strong position in the European market of professional kitchen equipment and is widely known to food industry specialists as an example of indispensable equipment for restaurants, factory kitchens, cafes, etc. The Fimar PPF/5 vegetable peeler allows you to process up to 5 kg of vegetables per load with a capacity of 60 kilograms per hour. The frame of the device is made of food grade stainless steel, transparent polycarbonate is used as a material for the top cover. The device is equipped with a product unloading button, a valve for connecting the water supply (water is automatically supplied to the potato peeler for washing vegetables after cleaning with abrasive discs), a timer for setting the cleaning process time (up to 4 minutes). Microswitches are located on the outlet and on the top cover of the device.
