Description

The rotary oven Empero EMP.EDKF-10-B consists of a rotary oven and a proofing chamber. It also has a hood. The oven has a modern control system. On the 7-inch LCD display, you can select the main parameters for preparing various dishes - cooking time and temperature mode, etc. The cooking cycle can be controlled remotely - via mobile devices. The option of loading an illustrated menu of dishes is available through external memory. For high-quality and fast preparation of products in the oven, it is possible to adjust such parameters as temperature and time. The temperature in the chamber is maintained in the range from 0 C to 300 C. To prevent overheating during operation of the oven, there is a safety thermostat that does not allow the temperature to rise above 360 C. A special feature of this type of oven is the rotating part with baking sheets, thus ensuring uniform cooking of all products. Also, uniform heating of the air in the chamber is created by an adjustable air flow system. Halogen lighting in the chamber clearly visualizes the cooking process.

The glass inside is easy to clean. The door has a switch-off system.

The oven body and the proofing cabinet are made of stainless steel.
