Slicer Manual vertical slicer Bizerba The VSC280 W with check scale is a powerful universal slicer with integrated scale for kitchens and trade: high efficiency in a small space. Ideal for all cases where manual slicing is required - cooked sausages and hams, chunky cheese and dry-cured products such as salami or dry-cured ham. Simple and convenient, thanks to the surface treated with Ceraclean technology, excellent sliding properties, high ergonomics and absolute safety for the operator. The removable parts can be washed in the dishwasher without any problems and then quickly and easily installed in the machine. Surfaces treated with Ceraclean technology can be easily cleaned by hand. The integrated check scale, with removable load receiver for easy cleaning, ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the product cutting process with a target weight of up to 3 kg / 2 g. Can be used as a stand-alone scale, independent of the cutting process, for example for weighing spices in the kitchen.
