The Bertos PLE80ME electric stationary vape grill is designed for professional kitchens. Reliable, durable, easy to maintain and simple to use, this vape grill offers a wide range of functionality. The Bertos PLE80ME grill is equipped with powerful, fast-heating heating elements made of incoloy alloy. Two heating zones can be adjusted separately. For softer and smokeless frying, a container for collecting water is provided under the heating elements, the liquid level in which is adjusted using a special drain device. Fat from the cooked products also drains into this tray. The Bertos PLE80ME model is particularly easy to maintain and clean. The heating elements can be raised, which makes it easier to wash the internal parts of the grill. The grill power is regulated electronically, there are voltage indicators and a safety thermostat. With the Bertos PLE80ME Electric Vapour Grill, food gets the same taste as when cooked on a charcoal grill, without drying out or getting too brown.
