The wood-fired pizza oven MORELLO FORNI L 130 Cupola Basic is a traditional wood-fired oven, a static oven of family craft. Thanks to its increased thermal resistance, it is ideal for baking bread, pizza and other gastronomic dishes that require a slow cooking process without fire. The shape of the dome and its dimensions are designed to optimize the thermal characteristics of the flame and maximize their properties on the frying surface, heating the entire cooking surface with a single heat source.

Options: The dome design is made using clay mortar with the addition of shells for better insulation. The dome version can be made of painted microscopic plastic (Coccio Pesto), with natural stone mosaic, or, upon request, with ceramic mosaic. Analogue thermometer in all models.
