The Bertos Е7FL8M-2/VTR floor frying surface differs from other models in that its working surface is made of glass ceramics, which heats up faster than steel, and has a number of other advantages. Otherwise, the Е7FL8M-2/VTR model has the same characteristics as other Bertos floor frying surfaces:- the working area is double, with a smooth surface;
- each of the two parts of the working area has its own heating regulator;
- the frying surface is positioned at an angle to allow the drainage of residual oil and excess liquids;
