Description
The Rollmatic S50-S floor bread slicer is designed for fast and safe bread slicing in self-service areas. With three pre-selectable slicing thicknesses and a capacity of up to 130 slices per minute, it is ideal for heavy loads. Thanks to the electronic control unit and safety sensors, the device provides a high level of protection during operation. The 420 mm long blade copes with loaves up to 440 x 300 mm in size and a maximum cutting height of 170 mm. A convenient crumb drawer and a stand for packaging make use as comfortable as possible.
