The Bogana Chococabin 4.0 chocolate velvet spray chamber is a technologically advanced and innovative product for every pastry shop, which solves most common problems associated with spraying chocolate, cocoa butter, gelatin and egg yolk. Thanks to the use of a specially designed double filter system, Chococabin 4.0 allows you to spray any type of product without spreading unwanted particles throughout the work areas. The filters are easily removed for regular cleaning and/or replacement. Chococabin 4.0 is equipped with a stainless steel worktop and a LED lighting system. The temperature can be controlled via a digital screen mounted on the front panel. There is a removable methacrylate shelf for easy cleaning, a spray gun holder, double removable filters, an aspirator with a flow rate of 2,000 m3 / h, a night curtain. The heating base is equipped with: paneled hinged doors, a double rack for 14 standard baking trays (size 400x600 mm), a digital thermostat up to 80 ° C, a heating element with a fan, wheels with brakes.
