The XV893 ChefLux series combi steamer from UNOX allows you to cook using steam. The type of steam generation in the XV 893 steam convection oven is injector, i.e. a small amount of water is supplied to the fan and sprayed onto the heating elements. Thus, steam can be generated in the oven chamber in the temperature range from 48 to 260 C. Fan reverse: Yes.
