Description
The Fimar CL/82V cutter is a tabletop model designed for large catering establishments and capable of processing large volumes of products. The main feature of this model is a fairly large steel bowl, the volume of which is as much as 5 liters. A transparent lid made of food-grade polycarbonate allows you to monitor the cutting and mixing process. The knife, which has two blades, can rotate at two speeds: 1400 or 2800 rpm. The Fimar CL/82V cutter is controlled using a remote control, as well as safety microswitches, which are located on the lid and on the base of the bowl support. To ensure safe operation, an engine brake is provided. Fimar CL/82V is a combination of high performance with low energy consumption, compactness and ease of maintenance. Bowl capacity diameter 210x205 mm. Max. liquid capacity in the bowl - 2.4 l.
