Description
The electric 6-burner stove Bertos E9PQ6+FE with oven is presented by the famous Italian brand in the Maxima 900 High-Power series among professional kitchen equipment for heat treatment of food products. The model is made on an open base with the possibility of both autonomous and modular use in a line together with other types of equipment. The material for manufacturing is traditional for Bertos products for the work surface, front and side panels (with ScotchBrite finishing), the oven body is stainless steel with international quality certification, as well as cast iron for burners and support grates for pans. The square burners of the BertosE9PQ6+FE stove with oven have a power of 6x3.5 kW (optionally it can be increased to 4 kW). They are equipped with protective thermostats with a heating temperature of up to 400 degrees Celsius. The model uses a modern direct temperature control system using a selector. The oven is made of Incoloy alloy, has a grill with a salamander function and a thermostat.
