The Gel-Matic GIOTTO 11 PM Air single-flavour freezer can dispense a variety of products thanks to sophisticated technology that allows for variable viscosity, temperature and overshoot settings. The Gel-Matic GIOTTO 11 PM Air soft serve ice cream freezer has a raised support that can be adjusted to suit the depth of the worktop, making it truly versatile and easily accessible in any position. This also makes cleaning easier. The large, elegant 7-inch touchscreen display features a simple menu. Intuitive multilingual icons make the menu easy to understand and use. The freezer is equipped with a mixture level sensor and a portion counter. The lever automatically returns to its original position after each delivery, eliminating the risk of accidentally leaving it open. The dosing door, beater and self-closing system are designed to make the machine quick and easy to assemble. The cooled hopper ensures that the mixture is kept at a temperature of 4C. You can calibrate the temperature readings yourself if they differ from the actual temperature in the hopper. To ensure maximum efficiency, each machine must be serviced regularly. Each Giotto machine is equipped with a kit for proper cleaning and disinfection. The freezer comes with 3 different attachments so that you can get the desired shape. This freezer is available upon request in three colors: red, black, white.
