The Josper ASJ-063 chicken grill is a compact but powerful tool for cooking perfect, juicy and flavourful chickens. With a grill area of 630 mm and 6 spits, it is designed for 24 chickens and is ready to use in just 35 minutes after ignition. The temperature range from 200 to 280 C allows you to precisely control the cooking process, and the economical coal consumption of only 16-20 kg per day makes it a practical choice for professional kitchens. A rotating drum with 6 spits ensures even roasting, with each spit rotating around its axis, keeping the meat juicy and rich in flavour. Built-in GN 1/1 drawers help keep food hot, ensuring a continuous supply of the finished product. For ease of maintenance, the Josper ASJ-063 is equipped with an ash collector and charcoal tongs, which greatly facilitates the cleaning process. The set includes a set of skewers, rotisserie forks, holders, 4 GN 1/1 baking trays, poker tongs and an ash pan to make every aspect of working with the grill convenient and functional.
