Description

GELATOSHOW belongs to climate class 4. The transparent polycarbonate containers used allow you to see the product "in section " . Display cases of 7 (seven) sizes are mass-produced. In addition, corner modules (45 C and 22.5 C) can be supplied upon special request. 9 standard colors of the front and side panels are offered. As an option, a "running line" display can be placed at the upper edge of the rear wall of the display area to demonstrate all kinds of advertising texts. The electronic control system of the display case allows you to automatically control the operating parameters, program defrosting cycles, control the operation of the display case remotely, and automatically record the operating parameters within the HACCP system. The front glass is hinged. The side glass panels are easily removed. On the seller's side, the display area is closed with a sliding glass cover that retracts downwards. A spoon washing container with an exhaust shower is offered as an option.
