The electric pasta cooker Bertos E9CP40 is an industrial heating equipment designed for cooking large volumes of pasta and spaghetti, dumplings and vareniki, as well as other products in boiling water. This model is presented in a floor version, installed on a closed stand with height-adjustable legs. In the pasta cooker Bertos E9CP40 you will find a stainless steel bath with a volume of 40 liters. There is a tap on the control panel for filling with water, the baskets in the bath are supported by a perforated false bottom. The model is completely made of different types of food-grade stainless steel, which guarantees maximum cleanliness and hygiene when cooking. And to facilitate cleaning after cooking, a starch removal system is provided. In this pasta cooker, water will boil extremely quickly thanks to powerful heating elements and uniform heat distribution.
