Description
The Bertos G6CP6 gas stationary pasta cooker is made of food grade stainless steel - both the body of the model and all its working surfaces, false bottom and baskets. The gas burners located under the bath are ignited by an electric piezoelectric element, and a pilot fire is also provided. The bath with rounded corners is equipped with a system for removing starch formed during cooking.
