Description
The floor-standing pasta cooker Kogast EKT-T47/V is used in catering and trade establishments for boiling all types of pasta, vegetables, cereal side dishes, pelmeni and vareniki. The model is equipped with electromechanical control with 2 rotary switches: a thermostat and a timer, 2 light indicators, a safety thermostat, a device for draining excess water from baskets, water supply and removal of excess starch. The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the bath with rounded corners is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. 2 GN 1/3 or 4x GN 1/6 gastronorm containers are ordered separately. High-performance electric heating elements are located directly inside the bath under the perforated bottom, thereby ensuring rapid heating of the water. Technical cabinet with a door.
