The GoodFood PO11 pizza oven is the embodiment of a professional approach to pizza making, capable of making up to four pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm at a time thanks to one spacious chamber with internal dimensions of 610 x 610 x 135 mm. The model is equipped with a thermometer with a maximum temperature of 500 C and two temperature sensors, which ensures precise heating control up to 400 C, and internal lighting and a viewing window allow you to visually monitor the cooking process. The oven body is made of high-quality powder-coated steel, ensuring reliability and durability, and fiberglass insulation and the use of heat-resistant materials guarantee safety of operation. A 15 mm thick fireclay stone ensures uniform heating, and the top and bottom heating function makes pizza making as efficient as possible. Please note that before the first use, the oven must be heated for 8 hours at a temperature of 400 C, and heating up to 400 C takes only 25-30 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
