Description

The GoodFood PO22 pizza oven has two chambers, each of which can accommodate 4 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm, this oven allows you to cook up to 8 pizzas at a time, significantly increasing productivity. The internal dimensions of the chambers are 610 x 610 x 135 mm, providing enough space for uniform baking. The maximum setting temperature reaches 400 C, and the built-in thermometer displays the temperature up to 500 C. Two temperature sensors and internal lighting provide control and ease of use, and the viewing window allows you to observe the baking process. The oven body is made of high-quality powder-coated steel. Fiberglass insulation and heat-resistant materials retain heat and safety, and a solid 15 mm thick fireclay stone provides an ideal base for baking. Top and bottom heating ensure uniform cooking of each pizza. It is important to remember that before putting the oven into operation, it is necessary to warm it up for 8 hours at a temperature of 400 C. When first turned on, the oven warms up to 400 C in 25-30 minutes, depending on the environment, ensuring a quick and high-quality start of work.
