Deck oven David Forni PM 2004. Deck ovens David Forni are equipped with an electronic control panel, heating elements are completely isolated from the product, the ovens are completely made of stainless steel, can be additionally equipped with a steam generator and a ceramic or stone hearth in each chamber. The height of the hearth is adjusted according to customer requirements either 150 mm or 250 mm. Deck ovens David Forni are characterized by energy savings, easy and quick installation. Modular design depends on customer requirements.
