Description
Rotary oven Logiudice Forni VORTEX LFRNPE 80120. The rotary oven can be used for all types of baking, from delicate confectionery to heavy, highly-prescribed varieties of bakery products. Various oven versions are available - electric, gas, diesel and even an alternative, environmentally friendly fuel - pellets. The design of the rotary oven on pellets is the same as the traditional electric one. The oven is supplied partially disassembled, which simplifies the delivery process to the customer's site. Trolleys and baking trays are not included in the delivery set.
