The Gam POLARIS L66G pizza oven is designed to meet all pizza production needs. The L version of this line is a dual-chamber oven specially designed to bake 12 pizzas with a diameter of up to 35 centimeters. The POLARIS oven has a stainless steel front and its external structure is made of pre-painted sheet metal, which gives it strength and durability. The baking surface is covered with refractory stones, ensuring even heat distribution and ideal conditions for cooking your dishes. With high-density insulation, POLARIS ensures effective heat retention inside the chamber, ensuring a stable temperature and uniform cooking. The high-temperature glass door allows you to observe the cooking process, and the interior lighting makes it even more comfortable.
