The XTS International F2/40EAV pizza oven is a professional electric oven with compact dimensions, ideal for restaurants and home kitchens. It ensures excellent baking quality for both pizza and focaccia, thanks to the refractory stone that creates the traditional texture of the dough. Independent mechanical thermostats for adjusting the temperature of the ceiling and floor of the chamber guarantee precise control over the cooking process. High-density stone wool provides excellent thermal insulation, and the temperature range of up to 500 C allows you to experiment with different recipes. The oven chamber is designed for 2 pizzas with a diameter of 40 cm, which makes this model ideal for small spaces without losing performance.
