Wood-fired deck oven VALORIANI VERACE 120 with RHS® (Re-cycling Heating System) - a patented heat exchange system that allows for uniform heat distribution throughout the deck and chamber, the deck temperature is uniform and stable even in places where there is no heat source, combustion is regulated, and consumption is very low. Highly environmentally friendly and "progressive". Its main purpose is to bake Neapolitan pizza, as it has an AVNP (Association of Real Neapolitan Pizza) certificate. This is important for establishments that are planning or already making such pizza. Flame arrester is included in the delivery, free of charge. Custom mosaic tile finishing is possible for an additional fee.
