Proofing chamber Empero EMP.MF.I20 . The peculiarity of the presented model is the presence of an insulation layer with a density of 40 kg/m3. The cabinet body resists mechanical damage and is easy to clean, it is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. The cabinet holds 16 standard-sized baking trays 400x600 mm. The internal volume of the chamber is 1.02 m3. The electromechanical control panel is located at the bottom of the front surface. A thermostatic electronic sensor is used to control the temperature inside the chamber. The humidity sensor monitors the humidity indicators in the chamber and ensures the quality of the products during this period. The legs of the cabinet are stable on the surface. A large, convenient handle ensures quick opening of the door. The glass on the door is convenient for viewing the products during proofing.
