The universal refrigerated display case "EBONY" is designed for premium stores and has radical differences from its analogues in that it provides an ideal presentation of the products placed in it due to flat glass surfaces, high technology and unique design. These display cases are equipped with safe frontal glass with top lighting.
The front panels of the display case can be finished with Byzantine mosaic or any color from the RAL standard. The side panels can also be made of mosaic or stainless steel, and the interior trim can be made of stainless steel, acrylic stone "Corian" or a suitable natural stone.
Cooling of the EBONY display case can be:
ventilated;
static class "Concept M" (prevents "weathering" of meat);
static standard (for sushi and fish).
The confectionery version of the EBONY display case can be equipped with pull-out trays, warming bain-maries and hot surfaces. Thanks to their unique design and exclusive equipment, these display cases are ideal for use in delicatessen or elite supermarkets, as well as gastronomic boutiques.
