Rotary oven Forni Fiorini FLEX Compact, functional oven manufactured by Forni Fiorini is ideal for small bakeries, pastry shops, catering facilities or supermarkets. The oven is supplied with a proofing chamber, which allows you to significantly save production space. As a result, you get a set of equipment on which you can bake a wide variety of bakery and confectionery products. Also, the rotary oven can be located on a work table or a stand made of stainless steel. Baking is carried out on a trolley with a baking tray size of 400 mm by 600 mm, of which there can be from 6 to 12 pcs. Depending on the number of baking trays, the distance between the levels varies from 73 to 146 mm. This must be taken into account when forming the assortment and weight of products. The trolley is not included in the delivery set and is ordered separately. At the request of the customer, the oven can be equipped with an electric hearth module for 2 baking trays 400x600 mm or a programmable control panel.
