The two-speed spiral dough mixer Sigma SILVER 80 is an example of all the advantages of the original design of the kneading organ, which has a positive effect on the quality and speed of kneading. This device belongs to the category of professional equipment for small and medium-sized bakeries and is designed for long-term intensive use. It is equipped with two motors that rotate both the bowl and the kneading spiral. The motor of the kneading organ has 2 speeds: the first is used for mixing the ingredients, and the second is used directly for kneading. The dough mixer is equipped with a belt transmission with a toothed belt. The electromechanical control panel with two timers controls the main parameters of kneading - time, speed and temperature. The dough temperature is maintained thanks to a special grid protecting the bowl. The reverse rotation of the bowl (inversion) is provided. The bowl is fixed, the power button is located on the lid. All working parts of the dough mixer are made of stainless steel. The memory of the device is designed for 20 programs.
