Description

The FBM CLIMATICO cooling tunnel is designed to cool chocolate products and chocolate glaze on confectionery products after decoration. The Climatico cooling tunnel can consist of several cooling sections. The products are cooled by circulating cold air. The refrigerant used is freon R-22. Due to the reduced humidity, the cooling system ensures optimal crystallization of chocolate. The tunnel refrigeration chamber is made of stainless steel and insulated with sandwich panels. Automatic evaporator defrosting. The air circulation capacity inside the tunnel is 950 cubic meters/hour. A special conveyor movement pattern allows separating the blanks from the belt. Possibility of installing remote refrigeration (removal up to 15 m.) Equipment: polymer multilayer tape; Automatic tape centering system; tape cleaning system.
