The Thermogel Zaffiro 90ZAF4R/80x100SP fermentation chamber is a device designed to provide optimal conditions for the fermentation process in the production of pastry dough.
SPRING System - is a development for leavening bread and similar products. The development includes the following functions:
- Cooling system with semi-hermetic compressors with protection, ultra-tropical condenser, air evaporators of our design with thermostatic valve with adjustable tip.
- Patented system and air distribution for perfect uniformity of distribution over the entire surface of the bread.
- Heating by means of stainless steel resistors controlled by an electronic panel.
- Humidification with instant electronic maker on the electronic panel.
- Electronic panel on PLC Digith Seven microprocessor, consisting of 7 independent personalized programs, each of which in turn consists of 7 steps, functionality is adjusted manually.
- Interior lighting with ignition point on the panel.
