Description

Gel-Matic BC EASY 2 PM Air countertop freezer with two flavors for making soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt. This freezer with air-cooled condenser optimizes the available space. It is equipped with a level sensor for ice cream in the hopper, a portion counter and a photo sensor for detecting cones/cups. The levers automatically return to their original position, eliminating the risk that it can be accidentally left open. The refrigerated hopper maintains the temperature of the mixture at 4°C. The lids on the top allow easy inspection of the hopper and refilling of the mixture, while maintaining proper hygiene. To ensure maximum efficiency, each machine must be serviced regularly, with special attention to certain aspects. Each machine is equipped with a kit for proper cleaning and disinfection. To obtain ice cream with the correct structure, full control over one of the most important functions of express freezing machines - consistency - is necessary. The special shape of the beater is designed to improve mixing during the mixing and freezing stage. Thanks to effective thermal conductivity, the mixture cools faster.
