Description

The Fimar B50 lava grill is perfect for cooking meat, fish and vegetables both indoors (restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments) and outdoors. The unique properties of the lava stone placed on the equipment's support grate allow the grill to maintain an optimal temperature for a long time, at which meat and fish dishes remain juicy and acquire a taste and aroma similar to those cooked over a campfire. The Fimar B50 lava grill body is made of stainless steel, the frying grate is made of enameled matte cast iron. The grill has 3 gas burners with a piezoelectric ignition device, running on methane or liquefied gas. The grill power is 8.5 kW. The fat dripping from the frying grate is collected in a special container installed on the grill base. For this purpose, the grate is installed in an inclined position.
