Description
The Italian-made Tecnoeka EKF 1664 TC convection oven is a reliable and functional device for producing confectionery and bakery products. It has three operating modes: convection, steam generation and combined. 5 reversible fans, 3 rotation speeds. Steam generation type is injector. The control panel is touch-sensitive, there are 240 built-in cooking programs. Reliability is ensured by forced cooling and a self-diagnosis system for faults.
