Description
The CANOL donut production line was specially designed for the production of Berliners, donuts and similar products that are first fried on one side and then on the other. The hourly output of this line may vary depending on the size of the product and the frying time. The product immersed in the frying container can be removed either manually or automatically. Inside the frying container, the product can be turned over once or twice, after which it is removed from the oil, drained and filled with cream, jam, chocolate, etc. After filling, the product can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and cooled on a special belt.
