Well-proven German components are used for the production of steel heating elements and thermostats. The Bertos E6CP6B pasta cooker uses a quick cooking method, it eliminates foaming and maintains a constant water level. The resulting starch is removed using a special system. All this makes it easy to keep the equipment clean. This model has a 25-liter bath and is equipped with three baskets. Separate taps are provided for supplying and draining water. The operating temperature is from 20 to 300 C, at which the average productivity of the Bertos E6CP6B model is 15 kg / hour.
