Electric stationary pasta cooker Bertos CPE40 replaces several saucepans at once, significantly saves time for cooking different types of pasta (vermicelli, spaghetti, etc.). In addition, electric pasta cookers are used for cooking side dishes - rice, dumplings, ravioli, etc. The cooking method in the Bertos CPE40 model is simple: using a ball valve, water is poured into the cooking tank, which is heated using a thermostat that regulates the power of the heaters (the water level in the tank is maintained automatically). Products for cooking are poured into a special basket, which is automatically lowered into boiling water and rises at the end of the process. Stirring during cooking also occurs automatically. Foam formation is excluded during cooking. The body and main working elements of the equipment are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The pasta cooker requires connection to the power grid, water supply and sewerage. Baskets for filling the products are not included in the delivery set and must be purchased separately.Specification
