The La Minerva C/E 902 R meat grinder meets the strict requirements of the HACCP method and is CE certified, ensuring safety of use. The body, cutting system, knives and hopper are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304. The meat grinder is equipped with an Unger S5 knife system: diameter 98, 3 plates, 2 self-sharpening knives and two rings. With two independent motors with reverse, a removable loading tray with a capacity of 84 liters and an easily removable cutting system and hopper, this device provides ease of cleaning and maintenance.
