Mecnosud BR50D is a dough mixer with a manual kneading effect for professionals striving for perfection in the production of pastries, bakery products and pizza. Equipped with self-lubricating nylon gears, it ensures smooth and incredibly quiet operation, which creates comfortable conditions for use in any bakery or pastry shop. The kneading levers and a capacious bowl measuring 550 x 340 mm are made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel. A durable transparent plastic lid protects against flour spillage, and built-in wheels with locking feet ensure ease of movement and stability. With the possibility of manual kneading on immersion levers, the dough mixer is designed for a dough volume of 5 to 50 kg and flour from 3 to 33 kg, which makes it possible to knead dough even for panettone. Two operating speeds (45 and 67 movements per minute) allow you to adapt to different recipes, ensuring uniform and high-quality mixing.Specification
