The Bertos E6FR3B electric tabletop frying surface , despite its small size, is highly productive. The working area here is relief, optimal for cooking fish and meat steaks, as well as bread, giving the dishes an appetizing ribbed crust. The power of the Bertos E6FR3B model is 2.7 kW, which provides a minimum frying speed of 8 minutes. The heating element is made of steel, providing rapid heating of the entire surface. The heating temperature is regulated by a thermostat, there is also a safety thermostat. To prevent splashing of fat, protective sides are provided on three sides of the surface. The cooking zone is slightly inclined, which allows the remains of oil and fat to flow through the drain hole into a sealed grease collector.
