Description

The La Minerva C/E MB180 mincer is a machine for quickly mixing meat, spices and other ingredients to obtain uniform mince. With its help, you can easily and quickly prepare sausages, hamburgers, meat rolls and cutlets of high quality. This mincer is suitable for use in meat processing plants, sausage factories, supermarkets and hypermarkets. The equipment is equipped with four wheels, including two steering wheels with a brake, for easy movement. A tilting bowl and two removable knives make the process of using and maintaining the equipment as convenient as possible. The lid with a safety lock can be lifted to two different positions for safe loading. The ventilated motor ensures non-stop operation, and the electrical components are protected by an IP56 container, providing reliable protection against moisture and dust. The start-stop-reverse function provides convenient control. A tilting tray with a brake spring ensures safe unloading of the mixture. This mincer complies with the safety standards of the CE version.
